If the idea of racing for a QSAC Paved National Championship isn’t enough to whet your appetite, we’d like to give you something else to sink your teeth into!
We are proud to share the exciting news that Ritchie’s Smokin’ BBQ will be catering the QSAC Town Hall Meeting and Dinner on Monday night, June 6th at the 2022 QSAC Paved National Championship at Machesney Park Raceway.
Ritchie’s has been producing some stellar smoked meats including brisket, pork shoulder, and sausages in the Rockford area for close to over six years! Ritchie’s Smokin’ BBQ also offers homemade “Mama Lane’s Cornbread”, country style baked beans, coleslaw, cheesy hash brown potatoes, and other great sides! It is a bonanza of BBQ tastes!
