Greetings QSAC Members
We wanted to extend a reminder that QSAC ballots are due by midnight, Eastern time, September 1st, 2020. You have less than one week to get your ballots submitted.
We also would like to share with the membership that we received zero (0) rules change requests for the 2021 Rules Package. Please allow us to reiterate that statement; we received ZERO rules change requests for the 2021 QSAC Rules Package. As much as we hear second-hand information that the membership doesn’t like “X”, or doesn’t like “Y”, we received no requests for changes.
We are also sharing a change to the Rules Ratification Committee members. Recently, Jason Herring stepped down from his role as Western District Director. With Jason’s stepping down, it created an opening on the RRC. We are pleased to welcome Mike Dill as the newest member of the RRC. Mike is a long-time QSAC racer and has been the Central District Southern Region Director for the past couple of years. Thank you, Mike, for being willing to expand your serving of the membership through your future involvement with the RRC. We also want to express our thanks and gratitude to Jason Herring for his selfless service to the membership and through his involvement with the RRC.
In closing, please do not forget to get your QSAC ballots submitted! We hope everyone has had an enjoyable summer as possible. We truly hope for a more familiar “normal” for 2021 and quarter scale racing season.
