Greetings QSAC members,
On behalf of the leadership, we would like to thank the individuals that stepped up and threw their name in the hat to be considered for the 2020 QSAC Co-Chair ballot.
The three potential candidates went through a question/answer session with the two current Co-Chairs along with three members at large (in no particular order); Jason Herring, John Wachter, and Scott Harper. We would like to thank those individuals for being willing to present questions to the potential candidates. We think it is fair to say each potential candidate provided solid answers throughout the process.
At this point, we no longer have potential candidates, we have actual candidates. The Co-Chairs, along with the three members of the nomination committee, present to you the candidates that will be on the 2020 QSAC Co-Chair ballot (alphabetical, by first name).

Douglas Murphy

You should have received or will be receiving shortly via email, your 2020 QSAC Co-Chair Ballot. We ask all members this simple request: please vote. This is one opportunity to exercise your voice through your vote. Please vote.
Additionally, you will find a questionnaire along with the ballot. The intention is to obtain feedback and comments from the membership through an avenue that is deemed safe, secure, and non-judgmental. There is no guarantee of any action being taken. Any and all potential changes to the context of the QSAC Rules Package will need to go through the appropriate avenue of the Rules Ratification Committee (RRC). We are doing our best to provide an avenue for dialogue. Ideally, we would hope all members would be willing to reach out directly to either one of us, or any of our Region/District Representatives. We truly want to serve the membership.
In closing, we will be sharing this message to our Facebook page as well as ¼ Scale Bench Talk on Facebook. We would like the members to engage with their own question and answer session on ¼ Scale Bench Talk. Jason Herring and Brad Boling will be overseeing the session. Please keep your questions clear, concise, and courteous. Be respectful of these three candidates as they are stepping up and offering their service to the organization for the coming two years if elected.
We hope everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of July.
Thank you,
Dave Dygon
Denny Andrews Jr.
