Greetings QSAC members and QSAC sanctioned track owners It has been brought to the attention of the us, the Co-Chairs, that there is a need for clarification regarding QSAC memberships and the subsequent liability insurance that is granted to a member in good standing. The liability that is provided is done so with conditions met
