As announced on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020, there was a second rules proposal sent to the Rules Ratification Committee (RRC). Per the By-Laws, the RRC was permitted ten (10) to discuss and deliberate over the change proposal resented. With the ten days coming to completion on Sunday, January 12th, 2020, we are pleased to announce the
